Shipping Policy

At Salt Studios, we take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Times:

 

• Orders are typically dispatched and delivered within 5 - 7 working days from the time of order. If your order has taken significantly longer than this, please get in touch with us.
   

• As a small batch studio, occasional delays may occur, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Zine Shipping:

 

First 30 units:

We are personally packaging and posting our first run of the Salt Zine using Royal Mail 48 hr (£3.50 per unit). Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days following the processing period.

After the first 30 units:

The zine will be distributed directly by our printing partners (much more efficient), with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Print Shipping:

​

• All prints are fulfilled and shipped by our print partners. Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and service selected. Most prints are delivered within 6 - 10 business days.

 

Tracking & Delivery:
 

• Tracked shipping is available for both UK and international orders at checkout.

• Standard shipping does not include tracking.

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow extra time due to postal delays before contacting us.
   

Customs & Import Fees:

• International orders **may** be subject to customs fees or import duties. Buyers are responsible for these charges.

• We cannot guarantee customs clearance times, which may cause delays.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

 

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@salt-studios.co within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

• Lost parcels are rare, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please reach out.
